Cannot get in?
There is no automatic way back in, on purpose — an automatic route is an attacker’s route. Ravi will telephone you.
What he can and cannot do
He can start a reset. The link goes to your own email address and you set the password, so he never learns a working one.
Which is why he can safely read one out to you over the telephone.
So nothing can happen to your account quietly while you are logged in somewhere.
If somebody rings up claiming to be you and Ravi is not satisfied, that is written into your record and you are emailed about it.
Your key file stays yours. A rescue gets you back in; it never opens anything you had encrypted.
There is no supported route for anybody to become you — not a feature, not a setting, not an administrator's screen. Ravi runs the machine the site is on, and there is one administrator and no successor. That is said plainly here rather than glossed over.
